Who You Talk To

Simplystunning Pest Control is a referral service, so there is no staff roster to browse here. When you send a request, you are matched with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It is the one that visits your home, gives you a quote and does the work.

What Happens on the First Contact

The provider will usually ask a few simple questions. Be ready to share:

  • What you saw, such as droppings, bites, wings, chew marks or noises
  • Where you saw it and when it started
  • Whether pets or children are in the home
  • What you have already tried

The provider may offer a visit or may talk through the problem first. Schedules vary, and many providers can respond quickly. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions protect you. Write these down before you talk.

  • Are you licensed for this work in my state? Can I see proof?
  • Do you carry insurance?
  • What exactly do you think the problem is?
  • What are my options, and what does each one involve?
  • Will you give me a written quote before work starts?
  • Which products or methods will you use, and are they safe around pets and children?
  • Do I need to leave the home, cover food or prepare anything?
  • Is a follow-up visit needed, and is it part of the price?

If a provider will not answer plainly, move on.

Do and Do Not

  • Do get a written quote and keep it.
  • Do ask what you can safely do to help, such as cleanup or sealing small gaps.
  • Do not feel pushed into signing the same minute.
  • Do not pay in full before you understand the plan.

You Are in Control

A request does not lock you into anything. You can compare quotes, ask more questions or decide to wait. Costs vary by pest, home size and how far the problem has spread, so a written quote matters. Some insurance policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
