Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Be aware that Simplystunning Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
